This notice explains how Pay Direct Umbrella ("we", "us") uses the details you give us on this website. We are the data controller for those details under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland).

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Whether you are a contractor, an agency or a business, and if relevant your company name, how many people you pay or place, your monthly payroll range and the reward you are interested in.
• Which page and advert brought you here (for example a TikTok, Meta or Google campaign tag).

Why we use it

To contact you about umbrella payroll or rewards on payroll, as you asked when you ticked the consent box. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you.

Who sees it

• The Pay Direct Umbrella team.
• Our payroll and rewards partners, only if you decide to go ahead, so they can set you up.
• Service providers acting on our instructions: our marketing partner, who builds and runs this page and its advertising for us, website hosting and our customer database.

Some of these providers may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Cookies and advertising tags

This page uses only what it needs to work. Advertising tags (Meta, Google, TikTok), if added, run only where you have accepted cookies, to measure which adverts bring enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case our client terms apply.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@paydirectumbrella.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
